Yoko suffers from an eye disease and undergoes corneal surgery. From the day the bandages are removed after the surgery, strange things begin to happen. In her dreams, she hears a man's voice calling her "Hitomi." For a fleeting moment, she sees the man's face—it's Dr. Endo, her ophthalmologist. When she wakes up in the morning, her private parts are wet. One day, Yoko receives a call from Majima, the husband of the woman who was her corneal donor. Majima tells her that the donor's name was Hitomi and that she died in a traffic accident. As they talk, Yoko finds herself drawn to Majima.
